Construction Description of XHSR Three-Blade Fan

Working principle: The motor drives the fan through a V-belt, causing the air drawn in from the atmosphere to be discharged from the exhaust through the rotation of a pair of three-blade impellers.

Installation Precautions for XHSR Fans

1. The foundation should be solid, with a smooth surface and be higher than the ground.

2. The space around the fan should be sufficient for its disassembly and maintenance.

3. The temperature in the fan room should be below 40℃. Exceeding 40℃ will greatly shorten the lifespan of the fan and motor. Please install exhaust fans to ensure that the temperature remains below 40℃.

5. When the fan is installed outdoors, please set up a rain shelter.

Precautions for the Installation of XHSR Fan Piping.

1. The connection of the fan duct should be flexible and no debris should be placed on the pipeline.

2. The pipe material should be capable of withstanding the temperature and wind pressure during exhaust (steel pipes can be used).

3. Keep the interior of the pipeline clean to prevent debris from entering.

4. Install a check valve to prevent backflow caused by reverse rotation from entering the fan. Note: The check valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline.

5. In cases where multiple fans operate in parallel, gate valves must be installed on each branch pipeline (to cut off the pipeline when one of the fans is being inspected).

6. A vent valve should be installed on the pipeline to prevent the fan from starting under load. The fan should be started under no-load conditions and then the exhaust valve should be closed before it can operate under load.

7. For fans equipped with water cooling systems, a regulating valve should be installed before the inlet of the cooling water.
