T40-10A axial flow blower

The T40 axial flow blower  is an improved design based on the 30K4 type (also known as 03-11 type) axial flow blower . This blower  has modified the airfoil of the original 30K4 type blower  and adopted a new cylindrical hub structure, which has increased the air efficiency of the blower  from the original 67% to 84% and enhanced the strength at the blade root.

The T40 axial flow blower  can be used for ventilation and air exchange or to enhance the heat dissipation of heating systems in general factories, warehouses, offices, residences and other places. If the casing is removed, it can be used as a free blower . It can also be installed in series at intervals in a longer exhaust pipe to increase the air pressure in the pipe.

This series of blower  products are classified into ten models based on the different diameters of the impellers, arranged in sequence as No. 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. The blades of each model can be installed at five angles: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35°.

This series of products all adopt a direct-coupled structure where the impeller is directly installed on the motor. Under the condition that the peripheral speed of the impeller does not exceed 60m/s, they are equipped with three rotational speeds: 2900r/min, 1450r/min, and 960r/min. When viewed from the direction of the air inlet, the impellers all rotate counterclockwise.
