T30 axial flow blower

The T30(03-11, 30K4) axial flow blower  has a wide range of applications and is suitable for ventilation and air exchange or enhancing the heat dissipation of heating systems in general factories, warehouses, offices, and residences. If the casing is removed, it can be used as a free blower  or installed in series at a gap in a longer exhaust pipe to increase the air pressure in the pipe.

Product structural characteristics

This blower  is composed of three parts: the impeller, the casing and the air collector.

Impeller: Composed of blades, hub, etc. The blades are made of thin steel plates and welded to the outer circle of the hub at the required installation Angle. The impeller shell ratio (the ratio of the shaft disk diameter to the impeller diameter)d-=0.3.

The blades are all punched into similar shapes. Their installation angles are as follows: for the 3-piece type, there are five types: 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 20 degrees, and 35 degrees. The 4, 6 and 8 pieces are available in five degrees: 15 degrees, 20 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees and 35 degrees. The impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft. Among them, No. 3 to No. 8 adopt two motor speeds, while No. 9 and No. 10 adopt one motor speed. The air volume range is 550-49,500 cubic meters per hour, and the air pressure range is 25-505 Pascals.

The casing section is composed of air ducts, underframes, etc. The underframe is divided into two types: one made of thin steel plates and the other made of profiles.

The air collector section: The air collector is in a circular arc streamlined shape and is made by stamping thin steel plates, which can reduce the loss of air flow at the inlet.

Through actual tests and usage, it has been proven that this blower  is rationally designed and compact in structure. At all specified rotational speeds, the air pressure and volume are stable, it operates smoothly and well, is safe and reliable, and is sturdy and durable.

Note: The gas passing through this blower  should be free of corrosiveness and significant dust, and its temperature must not exceed 45℃.
