T35 axial flow blower

The T35 axial flow blower  is a new product to replace the 30K4 blower. The T35 is mainly used for ventilation and air exchange or to enhance the heat dissipation of heating systems in general factories, warehouses, offices, residences and other places. If the casing is removed, it can also be used as a free blower. It can also be installed in series at intervals in a longer exhaust pipe to increase the air pressure in the pipe. The T35 axial flow blower was developed based on similar foreign products. Through model tests and research, the blower blade shape was determined, and a cylindrical hub structure was adopted. At the same time, the motor was redesigned to reduce flow losses. As a result, the blower efficiency was increased to 77% when calculated by the circular area at the outlet and to 89.5% when calculated by the annular area at the outlet. The noise is reduced by 3.6dB compared to A-sound, and the strength at the blade root is enhanced, avoiding the phenomenon of blade breakage.

The BT35 explosion-proof axial flow blower is mainly used for conveying gases that are flammable, explosive but non-corrosive. The motor must be an explosion-proof motor, and the switch should be an explosion-proof switch or kept away from the explosive point. There must be no joints in the wires within the explosive area. The gas passing through the T35 and BT35 blowers should be non-corrosive and free of significant dust, and its temperature must not exceed 40℃. BFT35 is mainly used for conveying flammable, explosive and corrosive gases, but the temperature must not exceed 60℃.
