The uses of blowers

The G4-73 and Y4-73 type boiler forced draft and induced draft blower s are mainly applicable to the forced draft and induced draft systems of 2-670t /h steam boilers in thermal power plants. When there are no other special requirements, G4-73 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation.

The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air, and the upper limit of the temperature must not exceed 80℃. The medium conveyed by the induced draft blower  is flue gas, and the upper limit of the temperature shall not exceed 250℃.

Before the induced draft blower , a dust removal device must be installed to minimize the dust content of the flue gas entering the blower  as much as possible. According to the general usage conditions of power plants, the efficiency of the dust collector equipped shall not be less than 85%.

The type of blower 

1. Both the ventilator and the induced draft blower  are made as single suction, each with 13 models ranging from No. 8 to 29.5.

2. When viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-rotating blower , denoted by "right". Conversely, it is a left whirlwind machine, denoted by "left".

3. The position of the blower 's air outlet is indicated by the Angle of the casing's air outlet.

4. The transmission mode of the blower  is type D, and all are connected by elastic couplings.
