9-26 Centrifugal blower

Purpose

The 9-19 and 9-26 type high-pressure centrifugal blower s are generally used for forging and metallurgical furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation. They can also be widely used for conveying materials, air, and gases that are non-corrosive, non-spontaneously combustible, non-explosive, non-volatile, and free of sticky substances. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50℃ (up to a maximum of 80℃), and the content of dust and hard particles in the medium does not exceed 150mg/m ³.

Structure

No. 4 to 6.3 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, brackets, etc. No. 7.1 to 16 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, transmission groups, etc.

The impeller - The 9-19 type blower  has 12 blades, and the 9-26 type blower  has 16 blades, both of which are forward-curved. The peripheral linear velocity of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser must exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction and overspeed operation tests, so it operates smoothly and reliably.

The casing - made by welding ordinary steel plates into a volute shape as a whole.

Air inlet - Made into a convergent streamlined integral structure and fixed to the front cover plate with bolts.

The transmission group - composed of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The bearing box has an integral structure and uses rolling bearings, which are lubricated with bearing grease.
