1: Wiring standards

High-pressure centrifugal fans are a type of equipment with a relatively high electrical load. When installing a high-pressure fan, a separate wire needs to be configured and it must meet the voltage requirements for use. If the wiring requirements and standards do not meet the usage requirements, the high-pressure fan itself cannot normally pass current, and naturally cannot achieve its usage power. The hardware must meet its requirements.

2: Reduce wear and tear

As the usage time of high-pressure fans increases, the major components and connection points of the fans will wear out. To reduce wear, when in use, operations must be strictly carried out in accordance with the usage requirements. Do not start and use the fan beyond its critical load. 3: Regular inspections

Regular inspection of high-pressure fans includes two major aspects: periodic maintenance and daily dust removal and cleaning. When users are in use, they should try to keep the high-pressure fan clean, especially the parts that are exposed to the air for a long time, such as the fan blades and casing. Dust removal treatment is required. If the blades are not cleaned for a long time, the balance of rotation will be lost. Then the overall efficiency will decrease.
