4-68 Centrifugal blower

Purpose

The 4-68 type centrifugal blower is generally used for ventilation and air exchange in factories and large buildings. It can be used as both input and output gas. This blower can convey air or other non-flammable, non-explosive, non-volatile, harmless to human body and non-corrosive to steel gases. Moreover, the gas must not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particles it contains must not exceed 150mg/m ³ The gas temperature must not exceed 80℃.

The outlet position of the blower is indicated by the Angle of the machine's air outlet. Both "left" and "right" can be made in six angles: 0 degrees, 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees, 180 degrees, and 225 degrees.

The transmission methods of the blower are divided into four types: A, B, C and D. No. 2.8 to 5 adopts type A, which is directly driven by the motor. The impeller and casing of the blower are directly fixed on the motor shaft and flange plate (D2/T2 type motors are used). No. 6.3 to 12.5 adopt cantilever support devices, which are further divided into two transmission methods: Type C (belt drive, with the pulley on the outside of the bearing) and Type D (transmission connected by a coupling). No. 16 and 20 are B-type cantilever support devices, driven by belts, with the pulleys located in the middle of the bearings.
